Buildings that are used within the community receive a lot of wear and last a long time. Once a floor starts to become worn, you need a new floor that will match your standards. We work with a number of flooring partners to give you a variety of choice of strong wood floors. At our initial site visit we will discuss the possibilities with you.

We are able to install wood, vinyl and carpet, and exterior surfaces.

Simply contact us, or call direct on 01787 463348 and arrange a free, no-obligation discussion on how we can help.

To find which floor will suit you, find out more on our installation page.

All floors are different. They are all used differently especially for multi-function rooms such as church halls, community centres and village halls. So it’s essential to carefully assess the condition of any surface to ensure you receive the best advice.

This is why we measure the co-efficient of friction of the floor, the depth of seal and the moisture levels. Once assessed, we can then offer you the best options available. For wood and Granwood floor surfaces, this includes professional sanding. However, not all floors need this service. For many, a non-sanding preparation provides the perfect result of an improved, slip resistant floor which is easier to clean and maintain.

Do you want us to provide advice, clean and monitor your floor for you?

We have been approached by a growing number of clients who want a simple, managed maintenance agreement to ensure their village hall, church or sports surfaces are clean, slip resistant, and are regularly monitored for wear to ensure that the surfaces (and their investment) are protected.

We now provide three flexible options of managed service level agreements depending on the needs of your surface and how it is used. Each separate agreement is specific to each floor, depending on how it should be cleaned, how it is used, its condition and its anticipated wear.

If you would like to find out more, get in touch with us, or find out more about our Managed Maintenance Service.

We work with a number of flooring partners, offering a wide range of flooring alternatives, providing you with a choice of flooring clearly suited to your needs:
