Many of our commercial customers have a Managed Maintenance agreement with us for the peace of mind and flexibility

it allows them to have.

Working closely with a number of wood flooring partners, such as Junckers, BOEN, Ted Todd and The Antique Oak Co., we receive the most up to date care and maintenance products they provide bespoke for their flooring.

If your floor isn’t from one of these manufacturers, do not worry, we will still consider maintaining your wood floor.

We are pleased to offer a Managed Maintenance Service, (MMS), where we tailor a maintenance schedule to you and your floors requirements; as each agreement is specific to each floor; depending on how it is used, its condition, how it should be cleaned and its anticipated wear, and of course your budget, giving you peace of mind that your floor will last longer and look good for longer.

Each agreement includes regular visits to measure:

Floor moisture levels to monitor potential structural or cleaning issues.
Slip resistance measurements (to ensure the co-efficiency of friction is monitored and kept at its highest levels.)
The sealant depth - This provides an indicator to wear, allowing regular checks on usage and maintenance to ensure the surface is protected, postponing potentially expensive refurbishments or repairs down the line.
Reports on the performance of your floor and peace of mind that your floor’s maintenance needs are being taken care of.
