“After 10 years from when the original flooring was installed by Roger Hyde, disaster struck and severe water damage came through ceilings to damage our beautiful Ash sprung flooring. Ed from Roger Hyde came to the halls immediately and was always available for us throughout the 3 month process of repairs and replacement of the floors in both our halls. The new flooring was installed as soon as the remedial works and repairs had been completed and allowed us to reopen in time for the start of a new term, much to the relief of our resident dance schools and other hall users. For the dancers especially, having had to use alternative halls for 3 months without sprung floors, they had suffered injuries and aches, so returning to the support of the sprung floor was a major cause for celebration. The support that Roger Hyde have offered us over the past 10 years, and specifically during this testing time, has been a huge reassurance. We completely trust them that they know their floors, and that they will ensure their customers are fully satisfied not only during the initial installation but for years after.”
