James and the team quickly came to our rescue, offering their expertise and understanding that things hadn’t gone to plan so far. We had an agreement in place and the installation of the flooring had commenced within a week of our first contact with them, and the product was installed to an extremely high standard – as we have come to expect, having worked with Roger Hyde on a number of high end projects over the years.
